Measurement of 2 point discrimination in great toe which is in the distribution of the medial plantar nerve branch of the tibial nerve with the use of the Pressure Specified Sensory Deviceā„¢ (Sensory Management Services, LLC, Baltimore, Maryland). This obtains a true measurement of the distance that a patient can feel two distinct points and the pressure which is required to feel those two points.
